About Higley High School
Higley High School is a comprehensive, 9-12 high school rated "A" by the Arizona Department of Education, serving the educational needs of students in Gilbert, AZ. Higley High School was awarded an A+ School of Excellence® designation by the Arizona Education Foundation. Higley offers a wide range of curriculum designed to challenge all students and prepare them for college and careers after high school. Some of these programs include a full range of AP, honors, and dual enrollment courses along with Career and Technical Education and Engineering programs.
In addition to a commitment to outstanding academics, Higley High encourages all students to participate in extra-curricular activities. Whether it be the fine arts, sports, student council, or one of many campus clubs, Higley High is the place to get involved and enhance your high school experience.

The Higley Unified School District Governing Board meeting schedule can be found on the district website at husd.org/board-meetings. The public is welcome to attend all board meetings. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the meetings. Board Business Meetings and Work Study Sessions are livestreamed on the district YouTube channel. Please note, Points of Pride, Higley Adventures, and Requests to Speak are not included during the Work Study meetings.
We would like to remind families who are interested in making a tax credit donation this season, that this can be made for any one of our schools through our HUSD website.
An individual may claim a nonrefundable tax credit for making cash contributions or for certain fees paid to a public school located in Arizona.
To qualify for the credit, an individual must make contributions for qualifying expenditures per A.R.S. § 43-1089.01. The credit is equal to the amount of fees paid or cash contributions, not to exceed $400 for married filing joint filers and $200 for all other filing statuses. - Pay Class Fees / fines due
- Purchase the 2024 – 2025 Excalibur Yearbook
- Buy a parking permit (Driver’s License, proof of insurance, vehicle information required) – always first come, first served basis – ALL class fees must be paid in order to purchase a parking permit.
- Buy Activity Card for students (admission into all home athletic games)
- Log in and pay any fees added to your student’s account for class/club trips, athletic fees, club fees, class/club shirts, class field trips, etc.

Student Schedules
Student schedules are viewed in ParentVue (parents) and StudentVue (students).
NO SCHEDULE CHANGES will be made in person, by email or by phone as counselors will be working hard on those submitted via the Request Form in the order received. The deadline for schedule changes is Friday, August 2, 2024.
PLEASE only submit one request per student.
Counselors will make schedule changes if section numbers and availability allow. Requests for lunch changes will not be honored unless other mitigating circumstances are noted and validated.
